What is an Industrial Refrigerator?

Equipments whose task is to store cold are called industrial refrigerators. It is used in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and even in commercial environments. These refrigerators receive the heat of high-volume food and create the required temperature with the help of a cooling system. and transfers excess heat to the outside due to having cooling fans and anti-thrush heaters with high-capacity compressors, it makes it consume more energy than domestic models. With these interpretations, an industrial refrigerator is needed for such environments because it supports a large volume of food and is cost-effective, it is different from home refrigerators in terms of size and standard, and for storing food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries It is also used.

Industrial Refrigerator Parts:

The cycle of industrial refrigerators consists of five basic and important parts: liquid refrigerant Compressor condenser Thermostat • Evaporator

Fluid refrigerant:

Refrigerant is a substance or liquid that is in gas or liquid phase and is used to reduce the temperature of a certain surface of a certain area in the cooling process, this substance is usually used in home refrigerators, car coolers, and industrial refrigerators. Its task is to take heat from a space or substance and transfer it to the outside environment (refrigeration) and it is found abundantly in refrigeration industries.

Compressor:

It is a mechanical device that is widely used in most small and large industries today and its function is to create a suction force to suck refrigerant gas from the evaporator and condense the gas and then transfer it to the condenser and in this case the gas It turns into liquid.

Condenser:

It is placed in the outer part of the body of the refrigerator and its task is to cool this liquid substance. This gas is of four types, they are: 1) chlorofluorocarbon (cfc), 2) hydrochlorofluorocarbon (hcfc), 3) hydrofluorocarbon (hfc), 4) natural refrigerants and often in industrial refrigerators, it turns vapor into liquid and after being compressed and condensed, it is cooled in the condenser And it turns into a liquid by the action of condensation. Condensers in domestic models are installed as pipes behind the refrigerator, but in industrial models, they are similar to radiators.

Thermostat:

The way this part works is as follows: when the temperature of the refrigerator rises and heats up, the electricity is connected to the compressor and it starts working, then it cools down inside the refrigerator, and when the temperature inside the refrigerator drops, it turns off. And the power flow is cut off from the compressor.
